Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account information (email, password); profile information (name, contact details, mailing/physical address, emergency contact); animal information (health, behavioral, and identifying details you provide); breeder and veterinarian information you submit; transport details; documents you upload; and payment confirmation details from our payment processor (Stripe) — we never store your card number ourselves.
How we use it
To create and manage your account, plan and execute your pet's transportation, communicate with you about your transport, process payments, and maintain the records required for safe and documented animal transport.
Who can see it
Your information is visible to you and to Diamond Pet Transport staff involved in your transport. It is never made public, and is never sold. Access is restricted by account role and ownership — your records are never visible to other customers.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your account, and you can contact us to request a copy of your data or ask that it be deleted, subject to records we're required to keep for completed transports.
