Our service

Diamond Pet Transport arranges and provides transportation for cats and dogs between the origin and destination you specify, based on the information and documentation you and your veterinarian provide.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate, current information about your animal — including health status, behavior, and any special needs — and for ensuring required documentation (such as a health certificate) is valid for your route.

Payments

Quotes are provided before a transport is booked. A deposit is required to confirm scheduling, with the balance due per the terms shown on your invoice. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be shown on your quote before you approve it.
